Book your cub cart party and give your children the thrills of the fair at home or at a venue of your choice. we can help you locate a suitable venue for your cub cart party, many already approved by ourselves. We are here to make your day as easy as possible and to give your children the best party of their lives.
* Please ensure you have at least 15 metres x 11 metres of clear unobstructed space (50ft x 36ft). This allows for the circuit. You will need an area around or near the circuit for the spectators.
* Suitable indoor venues can be schools, school halls, village halls, sports halls and leisure centres, cub, scout and girl guide huts.
* Outdoor venues should have a firm level tarmac or firm level short grass free from obstacles, debris and animal deposits
* Cub Carts run on batteries, a nearby mains supply is preferable for the inflation of the protective barriers surrounding the circuit, although a generator can be supplied.
* For installation our staff need easy access to the area where the carts are to run. Gateways, doorways and entrances need to be at least 1 metre wide. The equipment is heavy.
* We need to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the party or event for setup and erection of the track to be ready for a punctual start.
*At the end of the event we need the area to be clear so we can dismantle the equipment
